Stadium District History
The 502 Estate resides in the nationally registered historic Stadium/Seminary District and is one of Tacoma’s premier high-style residential neighborhoods. A drive through the former brick streets offers a look back in time. Located just a five minute drive from downtown Tacoma it offers all the services of a modern city in a picturesque neighborhood setting.
